- So strange that this article came out today because last night I had one of these these types of dreams. I had a dream that our son was in his crib and in hand restraints and he was crying so hard it broke my heart. I could not get down the hall to take care of him.

- The student knew the rules before his commited the act. At some point, we must back our school systems. A prom is not a life-changing event, just a blip in a person's teen years.

- Back in the early 60's, school started right after Labor Day. Having a birthdate of August 26, I turned 5 and boom, was shipped off to school. Parents of the day considered that a feather in THEIR cap and school systems must have gone along with it.

- I am not nor will I ever be a fan of tatoos, but to each his own. However, I work for a muncipality and have the task of generating the water cut-off list for our utility workers.

- I had a Cathy strip in my wallet for years. It was how she worried about her job, dog, weight and people she had never met. She said she was carrying baggage and not even going anywhere. At the time, I related to that panel, but thankfully I have matured about so many things.
